Cru Select wine kits contain 16 litres of varietal grape juice in addition to European and Australian concentrates. The wines takes 6 weeks to prepare and will require a bit of aging. Patience will be rewarded with the superbwine with just the right body, flavour, clarity and bouquet to satisfy even the most discerning palate.
