Cellar Classic wine kits contain 15 litres of varietal juice and concentrate. The wines takes 6 weeks to prepare but are worth to wait — especially with a small aging period after bottling. The wines are truly complex, boasting genuine varietal character. Aging will allow the character to mature into a rich, lusciuos wine.
