The Classically Corked has been in business for the past 10 years thanks to the large number of loyal customers who share the joy of starting and bottling their "personalized" wine.

Store owner Irene Tereshenko, originally from the Ukraine, has graduated from University with B.Sc.Degree in Winemaking. Winemaking in the Ukraine exists since 3 century B.C., when it was introduced by ancient Greeks. The European people have a relationship with wine that goes beyond taste; it is a part of their culture, their history and their lives.

Irene, with her in-depth knowledge of winemaking technologies and many years of professional experience as a wine tester in Europe and Canada, is more than qualified to assist you in selecting a wine which will suit your taste and expectations.

Making your own wine is easy, fun and inexpensive. All you have to do is:

Select your wine.

Sprinkle the yeast in the primary

Depending on the wine, we will call you in 4 to 6 weeks to bottle.

You may bring in your own bottles or we have bottles for sale.

A wide variety of bottle labels and srink caps are displayed in the store to "finish" of your wine.

Customized labels are available for special occassions, such as weddings and anniversaries.

A large number of our customers bring family and friends to join them — bottling become an hour of fun to "grape" talk.
